Thank you for sharing your journey so vulnerably. From the Concordian Catholic tradition, we’d gently add: truth is not subjective or relative—it is a Person. Jesus Christ is not one energy among many, but the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6). The zero point you speak of is not emptiness, but Calvary—where truth stood revealed in love crucified. Stillness alone cannot save us; only a pierced Savior can.
